Booking and quote terms

Prices shown in online search are published fares from airline data, with your Astonia price below them. When you send flights chosen online, we hold that Astonia price for 48 hours. Choosing a flight does not create a booking or reserve a seat: your specialist confirms availability before you pay. If the seats sell out within those 48 hours, we offer the closest alternative and you are under no obligation.

Once confirmed, we send an invoice for bank transfer or a secure payment link. Tickets are issued after payment is received.

Private fare requests are free and without obligation. Private fares are negotiated case by case with airlines, consolidators and travel partners; savings of up to 60% apply to selected itineraries and are not available on every route or date. Your written offer states the exact price, the published comparison fare and the conditions, and is valid for 48 hours.

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking, hold a seat or guarantee a fare. There is no payment to request a quote.

Your written quote sets out the flight options, total price, ticketing agency, payment arrangements and change or cancellation conditions before you decide to book.

Savings of up to 60% apply to selected eligible fares, not every airline or flight. Your exact saving and the comparison fare are confirmed in your written quote. Availability depends on the itinerary, dates, cabin and seats available.

Quotes are valid for 48 hours from issue. After that, fares and availability must be checked again before a new quote is prepared. No seat is held unless expressly confirmed.

Request your quote at least 7 days before departure. A full refund is available when your cancellation request is received at least 14 days before departure. Bookings made 7–13 days before departure fall outside this full-refund guarantee. Conditions for later cancellations and changes are stated in your written quote.
