Privacy and your travel request

We use the name, phone number, email address and journey details you submit to confirm, quote and arrange your flights. When you choose flights online we also receive each traveller’s name and date of birth. Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not enter passport numbers or payment information in any form. To show prices in your currency and suggest your phone prefix, we look up your country from your connection on our own server; the address itself is not stored.

If you proceed with a booking, relevant details may be shared with ticketing partners and service providers for hosting and email, including providers outside your country. We retain information for the enquiry or booking and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements.

Optional analytics and advertising tools are used only when you choose to allow them. Live visit analytics records an anonymous visit identifier, pages and sections viewed, visible time, device type, browser, time zone, traffic source and progress towards a quote. It does not record IP addresses, keystrokes or the contents of form fields. Visit records expire after 24 hours without activity. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent a quote request.
