Is a 30–60% saving guaranteed?
No. Savings of up to 60% apply to selected itineraries and depend on the route, dates and the seats our partners can release. Your written offer shows the published comparison fare, so you can see your exact saving before you decide.
Are these real airline tickets?
Yes. Private fares are issued as normal tickets on scheduled airlines, in each traveller’s name, with the airline’s own booking reference.
How long does it take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours. Complex or multi-city journeys can take a little longer; we keep you informed by email.
Do I pay anything to ask?
No. Requests are free and without obligation. You only pay if you accept the offer, by invoice or secure payment link.
